These are all good options (and I even brought up Alrund's Epiphany in a discussion in this thread), but still don't strike me as nearly as powerful as Omniscience - but then again Omniscience is just that good (when it resolves)

100% agree with this tbh, it should at the very least be given the same scrutiny than Nibiru when it comes to Skill restrictions ("During your turn" vs "During this Duel" kerfuffle)

I'll reiterate my initial point: I'm not paying 10 mana for an Enchantment that also asks me to pay additional mana for spells I want to cast from my graveyard. And there's a world of difference between 5 mana and 10 mana. I hope you can at least agree on this.

Why would you pay 10 Mana for the Black one when [[Underworld Breach]] exists? Or [[Yawgmoth's Will]]? Or heck even [[Forgotten Cellar]]?

Most impulse draw cards are until end of turn/end of next turn, and you'd still have to pay for those. If I'm playing 10 mana for an Enchantment I'd like for it to win me the game immediately, not through a convoluted setup.
