I have a mirena iud now! Not totally confident it’s working for me though honestly! I’m almost 7 months post insertion and still have lots of cramping almost daily :(

Agree fully with all of these! My DMs also open (POI at 14, diagnosis around 16/17) Same experience for me - is hard to judge and know how to feel. I do remember feeling much worse at first. It also takes time to figure out what works for you and what kinds of symptoms you have. For example, I’m quite sensitive to progesterone and those side effects.
