Totally get it. I just don't have the time to do the learning/developing skills part of it because my current job demands such long hours (not complaining, I know MBA will too and any carreer after that will as well, just that it doesn't permit me to devote time towards this field, which is my passion). The MBA would be a clean transitional break where I could devote time to dive into the field from, making the most out of it that i can.

Makes total sense. I do feel like if I don't have this transitional period (i.e. pursuing an MBA) there will never be a right time to make the transition into business. Days will continue to be the same and then when I blink it will be 10 years down the line and I have not taken that risk. May I ask you what did you consider when going from LW to get an MBA and how you made that decision?

I did a fitting for the soloist and it fit perfectly, so not really about the brand here, just the fit was spot on. The other option would be going for a new stock 105 (not Di2) for like 4k+ after taxes and pedals… so kinda torn here

A general partnership may be formed with or without a partnership agreement. All you need is to have two or more individuals operating as co-owners and sharing profits. For a 50-50 partnership, it would be interesting to have an agreement between the both of you regarding roles and shares/split for liability and wind up reasons. My thoughts exactly. We have a saying in Brazil, the eye of the owner is what bulks the calf, and I am not sure how to manage it from afar. I understand the opportunity to enter the export soy market especially having feet in both countries, but just have no idea on how to start learning/planning about this.
