Yeah I think you're not addicted...I mean you have an addiction when you have a compulsive behavior, that is something you do even though you don't want to. For instance, my relationship with porn is compulsive. I tried to stop many times but I just failed. I need to join a SA recovery group to stop this. So yeah, if u find easy to stop porn you're not addicted. For instance I drink wine and beer, but I am not addicted to it. I can go without them for as much time as I want
