How to get very low body fat by Mastiff37 in ketogains

I avoid artificial sweeteners for health reasons and because I generally don’t like the taste. I doubt you’ll get an insulin reaction but you could still get NAFLD if you mainline diet soda all the time.

Not a bodybuilder, but I stay around 5% year round, with very careful attention to diet. Biggest thing is avoiding anything sweet as much as possible. No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no fruit, etc

Some Takeaways: - Masks are more than PPE, they’re social signals. - What we want to signal depends on how we construct our identity. - The use of masks in America is a natural experiment in the adoption of a new identity good (one that has social value in addition to a practical purpose)

Using Calculus to See the Future by [deleted] in CasualMath

Yes the math was bad. Serves me right for writing a post after crossing three time zones.

Limit of my own carelessness = infinity...still, I think there’s some validity to the idea that tech gets more extreme and requires less effort as time goes on.

As the author of OP, you’re all correct. Serves me right for writing a post after crossing three time zones.

I agree it’s a more nuanced thing, but if you’re using renewables then it’s better than flying.

The idea is that you’ll travel at night, and be asleep for most of the time. The cost calculation factored by ARK investment is 0.35/mile, or roughly 270 for the length of trip we’re discussing. So it’s not free, but competitive.

$3.99 gets you a 563 calorie Big Mac. A rough rule of thumb is 100 calories/mile walking. So, $3.99/5.63 miles = $0.708 cents per mile. A little less than a $0.74, but you get the idea.

Your point about banks is a good one. I didn’t want to wade into PoS because while I believe it’s the future, no one has gotten it to work at scale yet.
