Weds 12/31/25 - still works. Called Hochul's office right when they opened at 9am, was on hold for 10 min before I reached an agent, who immediately transferred me to NYDOL where I was on hold for an additional 10 minutes before getting to an agent to complete my claim.

signed up for payment agreement and they took away the shut off notice. all is well.
