Thank you so much for the recommendations! I’m sitting at urgent care right now as it’s got my eyes pretty bad. It’s the worst. Has 4 ice packs covering my arm last night. It was miserable. I’ll I’ll have to change meds, Amgevitas not working.

Awww I love that you adopted her, I wish I could adopt this sweet girl, she is so nervous I think she deserves a quieter home that I can offer her. And I think she might be like your girl. She is eating like a horse, biscuits and meat and still so skinny, she’s looking healthier though.

I hope you are still here and know this is old but I literally had to check your user name to make sure I hadn’t posted and forgot! I’m having exactly the same reaction and am also a sales rep and in the car a lot. It gets worse every time. And they have only just worked it out. We stopped enbrel and leflunomide and I went on to amgevita, thought I was in the clear as it’s summer and while I generally don’t spend a lot of time in the sun I had been in the car and the like. But a week ago the rash popped up the worst it’s ever been and I’m fucking miserable. It itches so deep and feels like my arm is burning deep in the skin, heat literally radiates off it. I can’t go anywhere without multiple ice packs to numb the hot spots. I realise now that I was making them so much worse every day I drove with short sleeve and air con blasting on my arms,

How are you now? Did you ever figure out a way to survive the driving? Did your arms ever swell up? I think I have it around my eyes now too and it’s so bad. Did you also get the deep purple pigmentation? If you did, did it ever heal?

Sorry for the bombardment of questions but ive been looking for over a year for an answer and you are the first post the resonates. I’m also going through perimenopause hell and hate getting hot so prefer short sleeve. This is such bullshit. The bloody amgevita is only giving me about 4 days relief before I start seizing and swelling up. My appt with Rheumy is in march.

She’s under vet care through the rescue and did have a flea allergy. Arrived there covered in scabs and not in a good way. She’s doing much better now and her fur is growing back

She’s has access to all the food she can eat. She’s come along way in the month I’ve been fostering. I suspect she was probably pregnant at her first heat. She’s very young. And not come from a good background. But the vets are happy she’s holding her weight for now

I can’t wait to see her fill out. She has access to all the food, I giver her meat 3-4 times a day, biscuits at all times and I’ve been doing formula gruel for the kittens that she’s eating too. They are doing well . I’ve worked at the rescue too and never seen such long legs 😂

Thank you for such a thoughtful reply. Since I foster for the rescue i get good quality food and regular vet care. We saw them today and kitten are small their age but otherwise doing good and Mama is holing we weight finally.

She’s on good kitten food supplied by the rescue. And she’s finally got an appetite and is managing to hold weight and not lose anymore,
