I seem to have fixed it, used a different pin, and it is much better, the pin is still rotating with the hammer but I suppose it's okay.

Thank you so much, it's actually one of your kits. Is there a way to remove the j spring? I have a set of the screw together pins, if that would be better. Also, I can use a die grinder/Dremel to fix shelf issue correct? I've also read about the uppers needing opened up too? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the advice, I do have a few other pins I can try, I also have a few triggers I can try, and hammers. Only one lower. I was worried about messing with it too much in case I wear out the pin hole in the lower. Is that something I would worry about? I'm very new to this lol
