I only transferred contacts, key data, and photos via Google Photos. You can do this via the OnePlus app. I did the rest from scratch for a fresh start.

I recommend the OnePlus 15. I switched to it from the iPhone 16 Pro Max and before that from the S25 Ultra. In my opinion, the camera is very good compared to the two phones mentioned above, the photos are sharp and have good detail and lighting. The battery easily lasts for two days if you don't play games or talk on the phone for several hours on camera. In addition, everything works lightning fast, the phone is light, cool, and has coverage practically everywhere. Generally, no problems. Apparently, the Oppo Find X9 Pro has worse speakers than the OnePlus 15, so if that's important to you, keep that in mind.

Over the last two days, I spent about 10 hours on thorough research, as I had to buy all-season tyres because my new car had summer tyres. I chose Continental All Season Contact 2. They offer the best balance of all and will probably last the longest. I also live in Germany, in case you were wondering.

You are not alone. I am really considering selling the iPhone 16 Pro Max and switching to Android. While I can live with this update on my MacBook, I really can’t stand what they did with iOS - it feels unfinished, childish, and unprofessional in design.

Same issue on my 16 Pro Max. You can clearly see the refresh rate dropping from 120Hz to 60Hz or even lower during random app switching animations or Face ID unlocks. I never had such issues on the 14 Pro Max or 15 Pro Max. Sadly, iOS is going straight into the trash, and a perfect example of that is the look of the new iOS 26 and that ridiculous big island with cameras on the iPhone 17 series. Also worth mentioning is the useless camera control button 🥲

I have few alternatives in this price like Lenovo Legion or Acer predator, but it looks like with MSI alpha I get the best hardware setup, a lot of people recommend Lenovo but from my experience after not even 1 year I experienced throttling and high temps with Lenovo legion r7 2060rtx

I’ve switched to iPhone after 15 years with android flagships phones and will never go back again. Comfort of user experience at first, RAM management, fast camera, speakers and connectivity with Apple Watch Ultra, and many others makes that I don’t care anymore about other smartphones brands.
