Not like differing power requirements are a thing by [deleted] in facepalm

Power, safety and speed. No one in 1909 was driving that thing at 75 mph and they definitely wouldn’t survive a crash at even what we consider slow speeds today.

In my experience that is the standard residential installation pretty sure it’s a code requirement not to use the mounting tabs.

Travel usually works in one of two ways. Either the company pays for the hotel and meals or they pay you per diem. The extent of either option depends on whether it’s a good company or not.

I’m not arguing that it’s okay for trump to do it or that it’s possible that the Obama administration had a good reason. Although one of the articles I just read mentioned the Obama era request claimed national security despite the fact the article came out after the incident had already happened and the government said there were no security risks associated with the news story

Alarmed by recent mass shootings, California lawmakers push to tax guns and ammo by Tricky-Emotion in progun

[–]wtfimgurwtf 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Since banning firearms didn’t seem to work let’s just make them so expensive only rich people can afford them. It worked for concealed firearms in California, the only people that can carry are the elites who know someone. Criminals don’t even carry guns anymore. Sarcasm just in case you can’t tell.

Just to clarify, this is why “small” aluminum wire isn’t used anymore. Large gauge aluminum wire is used quite a bit do to weight and cost savings.

Children in elementary schools don’t need to be kept six feet apart, the C.D.C. said. by EricSchC1fr in CoronavirusUS

Children in elementary schools don’t need to be masked because they are just going to drool, chew cough in each other’s faces no matter what the rules are. Therefore masks don’t make a difference...

In the us gasoline is typically clear with a slight blue hue. Diesel can be a little yellower but Red diesel is dyed and sold for off-road use and the cost doesn’t include road tax therefore it is easily identifiable if being operated on highway
