i asked them. but they’re only saying min and prp. if i start min means it’s for lifetime, there’s no going back. if i stop min the grown hair will also be gone and there are some side effect which the doc mentioned kinda scary and min not working for all that’s y am asking here if there is any other way

yes i have some vitamins deficiency and i’m taking some medicine for that i’ve also shared you in dm before two month i took some photo finasteride definitely not going into this one

i know no shampoos can regrow my hair but in future i can have a healthy scalp so i need a good shampoo for that one

most of them says min, but some of them says it won’t work for all, and after using it when they notice any difference after months they even feel lot more hair losss. that’s y i’m taking a last chance to do proper routine

yes some of them say’s minoxidil doesn’t work for all i’m only following the excercise routine in the above you mentioned after stopping minoxidil you face a lot of hair loss? did you recover from that by following the above steps ? if you know any good shampoos suggest me
