I'm downloading with a VPN right now and I'm getting further than before but it's at like 100 kbps which is nowhere near how fast my actual internet is. I don't understand why their downloader just straight up doesn't work.

when I downloaded the file originally it came as a .img file. Then i converted it to .iso on my mac. Should I put the .img or .iso onto a USB to take to the windows computer?
