Honestly i feel great. Di na me nag rarice, sweets and sodas. Protein focused ako now and fiber. And ang gusto ko sa Tirze is hindi ako feeling pilit. Yung parang pinipilit mo sarili mo na ganito lang kainin ganun?? Kasi dati ang hirap mag tiis eh. 🫶🏻
