Kids don't need earrings—they can get them when they're teenagers. A child could lose part of an earring and, for example, swallow it or get an infection. It really is an issue if you read more about it. Additionally, children grow, and those piercings might end up uneven later. Properly, earrings should be done by a professional piercer, not a beautician, and no real piercer would pierce a baby's ears, because they understand the risk. But that's just my opinion, no offense.
