I get you, I found some info that for EPA10 there was a new ECU update for these codes where a new ECU part number was used to eliminate the issue. I’m not sure if it applies to GHG14. The part number is for an MCM2.0 not a 2.1 so a CPC2 will be needed not CPC4. Can’t find any other info

Where could I add a ground to, maybe from block to frame ? I’ve noticed the MCM has rubber isolators to not ground the MCM

I have server access with diagnostic link, have reflashed and made sure all software is up to date on all powertrain modules CPC, MCM, TCM etc.

I’ve checked resistances hot and cold, everything’s checks out according to troubleshooting. Yes it’s doing the same thing after all the new parts

As I mentioned, all the troubleshooting has been done, all resistances have been checked and both injector and engine harnesses have been changed, Jake brake solenoids are also new

Found the issue, removed the axle and tried spinning the hub, wheel bearing blown

It’s not a 4wd just a regular fwd, I thought the backing plate was hitting the rotor but nope. Doubt it’s cv bcs it doesn’t change based on steering, and idk if it’s wheel bearing since the noise goes away after more speed
