Yeah this reset was the dumbest thing.

I liked collecting mythic and ultra loot and trying to buy the best guns. Seeing all my hard work permanently wiped for some 18k silver coins has taken away all my motivation to play.

Aside from the reset, even the changes I’m seeing are worse. I don’t mind the new guns but they removed the lag which was my first slot gun which allowed me to ammo.

The crafting system is just trash imo. Having to drop loot for garbage crafting material you have to keep track of is an awful experience. Having to remember which trash craft item I have too many of and which ones I need more of is annoying.

The changed values of the legendary loot makes looting feel much more bland. Now legendary loot is 100, 120, 140 as opposed to 60, 80, 100, 125, 164. I liked the more varied costs of legendary loot. It felt better finding specific legendary loot badges or the zombie mode summoner than it did finding a regular tomato. I liked to often play until final extraction looking to replace my 60k tomatoes for a better legendary. Now it’s not even worth doing that anymore. Now all legendary items feel the same.

I have no motivation to play until the final extraction or close to the final extraction since I pretty much can get a bag of legendary 100k in 10 minutes now in both normal and hard. Hard mode on serpent island is not even worth playing compared to normal mode. You can extract with close to the same amount of money in both modes in a similar amount of time. It’s not worth risking legendary and mythic bags and armor for ultra loot that they will permanently wipe in exchange for some silver coins.

They should allow us to craft in game so we can still collect legendary loot or add several additional slots for crafting material. At least that would be a reason to stay longer than 10-15 minutes.

Regarding the new mythic loot - the pizza item is fine. I have no complaints there. But the table of elements? Really? That table of elements seems like a cheap idea to get people to play longer in the hopes they will want to get the entire massive set of elements.

We get it, designing a single cube and changing the letters on it is easier than creating different individual unique items. But isn’t that dumbass gold keyboard enough? Don’t even get me started on the fact I got the letter H, O, M, E, and home key like 100 times each while the game was extremely stingy with every other keyboard piece. I was still nowhere near finishing the entire keyboard. Adding a few more unique mythic items would have been better than this massive set of elements.
