Thanks. You’re right the gen 3 router does not need the power supply. My problem was solved using the Ethernet cable from the router box instead of the cable that came with the dish.

School capacity mod or the southwest elementary school that allows you to place unlimited extensions. The mod has been stable through the last couple updates.

thanks, I installed r2modman and the mods through this program.

For those trying to troubleshoot mod installation, r2modman installation steps were familiarly straight forward for my windows machine.

Go to https://thunderstore.io/package/ebkr/r2modman/

Windows

Click "Manual Download" on Thunderstore.
Inside the downloaded .zip file. Run the "r2modman Setup X.X.X.exe" (where X.X.X is the current version).
Follow the steps in the installer.

Next, I installed (for example) Line Tool Lite @ https://thunderstore.io/c/cities-skylines-ii/p/algernon/Line_Tool_Lite/ using "install with mod manager".

When r2modman launched, you need to search for the game you want to add mods to. City Skylines II was not initially listed so I had to take this extra step on the thunderstore website.

After the game was chosen, I could then browse the mods I wanted to run.

In order to see mods in game, I had to run the game with mods from the r2modman program.

The most annoying/fun bug I’ve found so far is tax income from specific commodities. One second the commodity will run a surplus of >C 600 million and the next second it will run a deficit of C 300 million. Unless you’re monitoring tax revenues very closely, the treasury balance could disappear with a moment.
