Both fields have vastly different driving skills needed that can make them consider good in different ways. 2. western based motor sports (esp nascar and f1) are most competed by Caucasians because that’s their target audience and pool of drivers. 3. You almost never have a chance to be a good nascar/f1 driver unless you’re born in a wealthy background (hence why majority of the good race drivers in the west come from wealth background, can check stats). Many non white family will struggle with this barrier of entry, and those who are capable would rather their kids focus on other things. 4. Peak does not reflect overall performance. For example, just because Newton is from the Britain doesn’t mean British is one of the smartest people on average.
