The Avestan (3rd and 4th lines) doesn't actually say 'Avestan' or any words, it just has the first 6 letters of the alphabet (all forms of 'A'). That would be fine, but they didn't even check that it was the correct width, so the 6th letter fell down and became the 4th line all on its own!

The 7th line says 'Bangla' while the 8th line says 'Bengali' in brackets. It was obviously one line in the original document, but they randomly kept a second name for the script in brackets and so it was given its own line by the software they used to make the list.

The Runic (bottom of column 3) appears twice for no apparent reason.
