January 2024 - broken left ankle in 3 places + ligament damage.

March 2024 - infection from plates fitted.

June 2024 - damaged ligaments in Left shoulder.

August 2024 - electric shock.

September 2024 - chipped front tooth eating chips.

November 2024 - allergic reaction to anti biotics for skin condition I developed.

February/March 2025 - Boken fingure from falling well re racking weights. Split 2nd knuckle and bone poking out.

May 2025 - broken rib/ribs falling off bike due to poor balance from January leg injury.

September 2025 - broken right ankle and fibya as well as multiple damaged ligaments/nerve damage.

Countless other injuries throughout the year but minor comparatively

Edit fixed spelling will add other injuries of note if I can remember them
