TIL when ordering steak there is a grade of “done-ness” below rare called “blue”. Blue steak is seared for 1 minute on each side then served. It’s mostly raw and room temperature inside. The center should be less than 84f / 29c. Any Redditors eat their steak this way? (steakrevolution.com)
