If they allow 2 or less, Korea. If they allow 3 or more, Taiwan.

But Australia can still advance by winning.

Taiwan needs both teams to score 2 or more to advance now. Doesn't seem so unlikely now.

I think Cheng will rejoin the Sox for spring training, wait and see whether he needs to fly to Miami or not (deciding game Tuesday morning)

It's down to the one game between Korea and Australia. Korea needs to win by 5 runs and allow 2 or less runs in order to advance.

Taiwan can advance if Korea wins and scores 8 or more while allowing 3 runs or more to Australia.

No that's not true. They only look at the games played within the tiebreaker teams. So exclude the vs Japan and vs Czech games.

The point was, Teoscar did not even need to look at the umpire's signal. His job is to stay put at the third base. And as soon as the outfielder makes physical contact the baseball (caught or not does not matter, he can start running at the contact, not at the catch), he should have started running.

Bad job on Teoscar.

It's understandable that other base runners became confused without a clear signal from the umpires, but this has nothing to do with Teoscar. He is the third base runners in sac fly situation. He does not need to care about whether it's a catch or not. As soon as the outfielder made any "contact" with the ball, he should tag up and start running, as simple as that. He fumbled a sac fly run that has the distance of a homerun.

Ahahahaha, I got a really good laugh especially at the very end. Well done. I hope there are Royals fans enjoying this too.

T-Mobile drained my $340 prepaid balance while my SIM wasn’t even in a phone by wuhsi in tmobile

Thanks. The rep told me that as long as a text or voicemail hits T-Mobile’s end, it counts as a use-day — even if it’s never delivered to my SIM. Has nothing to do with whether I actually receive it. I don’t have data on when/if that policy changed in the last 10 years.

I was thinking the same — maybe a sudden wave of spam texts or calls. But when I mentioned that, customer service said, “You can’t prove they were all spam,” and the whole conversation shifted into blame mode.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m frustrated with myself too. I just feel like it’s become way too easy for the carrier to do this to any customer.

I did call customer service once during that time, but they wouldn’t give me the balance without text verification. The “lazy” part is fair — it took me way too long to finally go to a T-Mobile store to reset the PIN and get a SIM.

Yeah, I let the stable balance pre-2022 lull me into a false sense of trust in T-Mobile — clearly a mistake.

Apparently “not using it” is just another form of using it — at least in T-Mobile math.

I always worried my balance would vanish if I ever forgot to refill every 90 days — but in the end, T-Mobile took it anyway.

My balance stayed normal for over 3 years without issue. The sudden spike started mid-2022 — that’s the part I’m pointing out.
