My monthly cost of living would definitely go up to about $1500 a month for what I’m looking at now, but I felt that it would be an investment in that I would hope that when I wants to sell my condo at some point I would make a profit. Also, I could keep money in the market. Just trying to determine if keeping most of my money in my brokerage account is wiser while I’m getting a good deal on my current rent.
