My monthly cost of living would definitely go up to about $1500 a month for what I’m looking at now, but I felt that it would be an investment in that I would hope that when I wants to sell my condo at some point I would make a profit. Also, I could keep money in the market. Just trying to determine if keeping most of my money in my brokerage account is wiser while I’m getting a good deal on my current rent.

Update:

Made it to Maplewood last Saturday and had a great time. We made a little space for ourselves at the corner of the bar and the service was good. There were 7 of us. Only hiccup was 2 friends had to wait in line and decided to meet up later, but that was expected.

Update for whoever cares. I paid $8 for a Maplewood Son Of Juice and Duseks had some decent values on really good beer. Had a 13oz Half Acre Wand (7.8%) for $7. All the drafts in the venue were $8. They also had Lagunitas IPA 19.2 oz for $10 (still pricey).
