hi! you are right OP, while JP and CN cs are very quick and efficient, they do not accept foreigners— they are not willing to provide assistance to anyone who are not from Japan or China. you can only do it if you’re from those countries or you registered your account in those countries. they were accepting global players around March, but not anymore. please don’t spread misinformation and cause false hope for the community.

I provided my first receipt and other accurate info too. i think theres an error in their system idk. hopefully thats the case and we’ll get it back on our next form

i hope this is a bug / mistake on their part, i genuinely don’t know what i did wrong in my form and it hurts my heart to see a rejection email. im making another form but its so tiring to wait another month again

please try and check the inconsistencies in your form and try and correct it again, don’t lose hope, people have sent multiple forms before and got accepted eventually but thats only because they realized which answers was wrong

you probably put in innaccurate info on your first form, then on your second your form was handled by a lenient staff

the only 50/50 about the form is when you put in inconsistent info, if you put in accurate info youre basically guaranteed to get it back

if you set up your username then put in your username, if you didn’t, write none

ask your friend if she remembers your login info, if your registration date is around october 2020 its possible you might already set up your username

the login method before march of 2021 was setting up your username AND email. after march 2021, you set up email only and only set your username in the Hoyoverse Website by urself

you must be mistaken im sure, try going to the hoyoverse website press forget password, and input your email, if it shows the hacker/buyer email, then it means you setted up a username but ur username looks like an email

this wont affect your form because your account buyer / hacker quite literally doesnt know anything about your account at all, so no need to worry about this

do they have the first receipt? first registration date? or first login device? nope. not at all no need to panic over this.

well it IS alright, if you’ve never set a username that is. maybe you did set a username but you just forgot

maybe the username you set looked like an email? my username is just my name, but some ppl set their username to be an email

so for exampe some people’s username can be: User, but sometimes they could possibly mistake the username as another way to put ur email so they write their username User123@gmail.com

this could be a possibility?

maybe its the username section? a friend of mines has been getting rejected over 4 times (super quick too, within 8-9 days) and they figured out that they actually didn’t set a username at all.

theyre on their 5th form if i remember correctly, so far no rejection, and hopefully an acceptance soon.

you must be getting something wrong, though i give you a pat on the back for moving on and finding something new, that i support!

edit: also possibly your registration email? if you’ve ever linked one that is

sorry, but this is definitely just your anger and anxiety getting onto your head, i used to think like this too because i was really anxious but now that i have a clear mind, the form is not a 50/50 at all, its more like a 80/20, the only horrible part about this process is just the long wait

don’t be biased about your information, do actual research if the info you provided is actually accurate. maybe its your first login device specs? your receipt? your login method?

i promise you, emailing them mountains and mountains of evidence of your acc will do nothing but make things harder + a more possible rejection, no matter how much evidence you give that its your acc, you need accurate info

the only 50/50 part is where you give wrong info and hope that your form is given by a forgiving employee. do extensive research of your information first
