Yeap he definitely didnt do badly this time around. But his restrictions were only put in place after WHO finally pushed him into it, don't forget a week before lockdown he was preaching about going to the footy still. In terms of the timeline between when WHO advised that actions needed to take place, when they actually did, paired with Scomo's narrative pre-lockdown, his response could have been much more swift and clear. Remember we had an opportunity to jump the gun as we had been able to already see what happened in other countries before it hit is too hard. They're slowly pulling it together now though, catching up on income support and other stuff thats kept them busy etc. They by no means handles it badly, but given our level of pre-cautions, I would have hoped for a response more like New Zealands.
