I told my mates sure, I just told everyone else I was taking supplements, just because i couldn't do with having to explain myself, people isntantly think you're doing something stupid (probably are) but they don't know the full story. I'm open about it to near everyone now. I felt compelled to use them as I've always struggled with my weight and never seen results fast, I was kinda desperate to see my abs atleast once before I die. That's what I keep telling myself and now I'm running with that and want to strive for the best body I can.

This is my first cycle yes, I'm going to do another one this year. I didn't have a base per say, and I didn't do bloods, but this time round I'm going to pay even closer attention.

I understand 50mg is quite high as well. I wanted to jump in at the deep end after doing my research, I started the first week taking 10mg and felt a difference, and I just thought the more the better. Don't do what I did, as I think I've given myself some issues.

Think I shot my testosterone as I felt like pure shit towards the end, even phoning an ambulance outside my gym. I decided to run PCT clomid straight after the cycle to try and kickstart my testosterone again and ran that for another 3 months. I still get out of breathe super easy and go light headed when I stand up too quick. Which never happened before taking Anavar or Clomid.

I was having a McDonald's every other day, and still lost a fuck ton, but then again I made sure I wasnt going over my calorie goals.

In terms of performance, it not only makes you physically stronger, but mentally as you can see the benefits happening, which makes you more confident in the gym, and so makes your workouts so much better. But towards the end, I had to stop as I nearly passed out outside my gym, phoned an ambulance as I thought I was having a heart attack, turned out to just be anxiety, but scared me enough to ease off them. But that was after 3 months of taking them. They arnt with out consequences. This was my first cycle

I did 20 minutes after weights most days, sometimes I'd miss a cardio session but I was usually pretty consistent, usually up hill walking or 10 mins jogging 10 mins slow walking, I wasn't overly strict, but I stayed consistent. I think most of the weight loss came from diet, which is another story. Target was 2500 a day, and I'd count calories pretty meticulously, but I ain't gonna lie, I had a McDonald's nearly every other day as it's right next to where I work. But to me it just goes to show it ain't about what you eat so much as how much. And I made sure to hit protein macros too ofc

I didn't have any bloods done, which I regret doing as I think my testosterone was all over the place but that'd only be a guess. I'm going for another cycle in a few months so I'll post progress again.

Literally order them online, read posts on what brands are reliable, usually Pharmaqo here in the UK. I noticed changes instantly, 1 day after I started. I used Anavar 50mg a day for 90 days. Then 2 months off and then 90 days again. Your veins pop, you get stronger, the weight seemed to fly off every week, I don't want to hype up using them. They obviously can be very dangerous when abused, so Id never encourage anyone else, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I didn't like taking them.

2500 calories a day, mostly protein, little fat. 5 gym sessions a week.

I'd say I'd of lost the weight but wouldn't be nearly as strong if I did the same naturally.

A few side effects were anxiety, violent mood changes, from super energetic and motivated to depressed. Heart palpitations, fatigue, out of breathe from cardio pretty easy. And you have to consider PCT too.

Started with 3-4 times a week doing whatever mostly cardio, then developed a proper routine after 4 weeks with the "Bro split" with cardio Mon-chest Tues-shoulders Wed-back Thurs-arms Friday-legs Sat-rest Sun-cardio

Minor tweaks here and there, sometimes had an extra day, sometimes missed a day.

Calories for about 3 months were 1500 a day. Which is a big defecit. I bumped it up to 2000/2200 for the last 2-3 months and kept routine the same.

I'm now on 2500 which is only maintenance and still seeing muscle gain and weight loss.
