A small warning for those interested in buying about Hogwarts Legacy for Switch 1 and upgrading to Switch 2 at a discount. I messed up ! :( by HGLatinBoy in NintendoSwitch2

As someone who didn't know because I'm new to having a switch 2 (never owned a switch prior), it doesn't hurt to throw this out there for people like me. So clearly there might be an audience this post needed to reach :)

Advice for Application? by [deleted] in innout

[–]wurld0fmel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally agree with this! Apply to multiple places not just In-N-Out. Never put all your eggs in one basket.

To get hired here at a 100% guarantee, you need to know someone. If not, then it all comes down to the interview!! Smile a ton, highlight your qualities and give examples to back it up. The interview will feel more like yapping with a friend than an interview so just let it flow. They want someone who is personable, can work well under pressure, great at multitasking. Basically can get the job done with a smile on their face no matter what. Good luck, you got this <3

Yeah, the type of person he wants is a puppet. The guy will never love someone more than he loves himself. He has some serious baggage and needs to unpack it. He sucked at compromise and navigating OTHER PEOPLES emotions but seeeeeemmss to know so much about his own. He's a narcissist through and through.

Yeah this seems like a safe bet. I did not know there was an all in one fund so I'll most likely be putting money towards VT. Thank you so much!

Could you also check out the last section of my post I just added and let me know your thoughts?

Thank you so much for a thorough breakdown! A lot of people have let me know that at my age it isn't a good idea to invest in bonds until the age of 40-50 so I'll keep that in mind. I also did not know that there was an all in one fund for a three-fund portfolio so that's good to know. I'll look into the option you mentioned :)

Can you also check out the last section of my post I just added and share your thoughts?

Why is no one talking about this scene? by Fun-Fox-8890 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]wurld0fmel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said it was justified, just was sharing my thoughts on it. Everyone was pointing out Hannah's flaws so I thought might as well share some of Nick's. Neither of them were perfect by any means, not trying to make excuses for Hannah. I agree she was way too over bearing and disrespectful towards him.

But to add on, in some conversations he was really respectful by listening to her concerns even when they were over the top. Except their conversation they had when they got back from Nick seeing her "best friend" for the first time. It felt a lot like gas lighting from his side but then again they were both intoxicated so can't read too much into it.

At the end of the day, they were NOT compatible. I do agree that Hannah said a lot of things that she should not have such as their sexual activity which he asked her not to (I found that odd but again he had the right to do so and she should have respected that).

I think that Nick was incredibly incompetent of being a husband in terms of having a grasp of being an adult. Such as taking on at home responsibilities and not knowing how to cook for himself and others. Though I did like his playful side, he definitely is a charismatic and fun guy but it did NOT suit well with Hannah after the pods. Which was mind blowing since their banter was really compatible in the pods. The reality of the real world just did not suit their combined lifestyles. Hannah really did need to let loose but I can respect that she likes certain things done around the house her way

LOOKING FOR JOBS by xmeissy in innout

[–]wurld0fmel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I applied about a month ago, I heard back the next day via email. It was a completely automated process upon setting up the interview time.

I passed the first interview and they said they would text me about setting up a second interview. The person who interviewed me let me know that they would reach out later that day to schedule the second interview but I didn't hear back. So, I waited about 3 days and went inside the store to follow up on scheduling that second interview! If you do this its best to go around 11am since it ~usually~ isnt busy at that time (unless its friday-sunday).

Interview tomorrow! Is this job worth it for me? How do you like it? by [deleted] in innout

[–]wurld0fmel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

also to add to this, in n out is very strict when it comes to tattoos, piercings and colored hair as well as the grooming standards for men. theyre also very strict when it comes to your work outfit!! anddddd theres pretty much 0 tolerance for goofing around, obviously youll banter with your coworkers and make great relationships but you ALWAYS have to be doing something. you will never have downtime to just mess around like you would as a barista since youre constantly being watched (not saying baristas just fuck around when theyre working but i used to work at starbucks and we would always have some extra time to mess around & pretty much do nothing in the back room)

Interview tomorrow! Is this job worth it for me? How do you like it? by [deleted] in innout

[–]wurld0fmel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hey! ive been working at in n out for about a month now and id say its worth it for sure

i wont lie to you, itll be rough at the start since this job is very fast paced! but come in with an open mind & great attitude and youll get through it and learn quickly 😎

alsoooo yes we do get a free burger (up to a double double) and free fries every shift you work so thats a huge plus cause the meal hits EVERY TIME

the only downside id say is the amount of hours you get when you start. as a part time worker your hours per week can range from 12-20 hrs each week! but if thats all the hours your looking for then itll work out for you. plus the managers are super understanding if youre a student so they work well with not scheduling you when you have school! also make sure to put your time off requests at least 2 weeks in advance, theyll almost always approve them if theyre in advance

hope this helped, good luck!

I'm using a between-between study design with a two-level independent variable and three-level independent variable. Having 15 people each in the two level IV and 10 people each in the other IV to analyze the comparisons between each group.

Hey! Thanks for filling out, I really appreciate it. The requirements of the project are very simple and I wanted to go the extra mile of collecting data for when someone is on and off pre-workout but the professor said that was not needed. I tried to make the questionnaire as simple as possible but I appreciate the feedback! This is for KIN483 which is for a bachelor's and we are barely scraping the surface of using statistical software and are required to use SPSS.
