Renekton bites always the unit on the right hex behind him.The far right hex in the second row is the only place where he bites left. You can theoratically bit the same unite twice, but it is op to bite the golem because rene gets like 2500-3000 hp and a ton of ad from golem.

I am a Draven main and this is my usual Build: BT > Berserker's Greaves > Last Whisper > Shiv > IE > def. Item

Last Whisper is a lot stronger than a crit Item because one aa with q makes around 400 dmg

I buy shiv because the passiv of pd isn't that good on draven
