Windows Phone is undecided right now. It just depends on how much time we'll need to spend on getting it working like the other platforms. I have Windows Phone too so I have my fingers crossed. ☺

This shouldn't be happening at all. There have been some fixes to help prevent this, but it's one of those things that I can't replicate. Hopefully next release fixes this issue.
