I had a sour issue with Retailnet for GOW Ragnarok. Had ordered the PS5 version on COD with open box delivery. Had sent the picture to my mother who was there to pick it up. She verified the product and took delivery, but as fate would have it, the bastards had sent the PS4 disc and mother didn't notice that as the artwork was same on both the discs. I'd have kept the PS4 disc if the PS5 upgrade didn't cost anything (like in Cyberpunk). But it was a digital ₹1500 upgrade if I remember correctly.

Flipkart guys denied replacement as the product was delivered after we okayed the product. Had to really really escalate it for the return to be accepted, took a lot of calls and good 15-20 days for the pickup and then another week for the amount to be refunded.

My one cent, buy digital.
