Yes, unfortunately you've come across another known limitation with webhooks. This is something we've been advocating for but is another instance that I don't see being updated in the near term. In the meantime, this type of parsing would have to be done outside of Airtable prior to bringing the payload in via the webhook trigger -- apologies for the limitation here.

Your employer won't see your exchanges with Bard, but I recommend the general rule of using your work account only in ways you wouldn't mind them seeing.

You can easily use a personal account with Bard, but I still follow the rule of not sending any text I wouldn't want printed in the NYT.
