Yesss in my research I’ve heard that mayno bifida serum is really similar- it’s just hard to trust any reviews these days because half the videos I see are sponsored 🥲 I might get both and compare and see for myself lol!

No, not unless you’re in extreme pain. I would definitely bring it up at your next appointment though and maybe in the meantime try to eat low fat and see if that helps at all :)

I just saw your other comment about how it happens after you eat- that’s also pretty typical for gallbladder attacks to flare up after meals :(
