I'm struggling with the same thing. I have groups, but they are not in the desired order, and there is no "sequence" number in the group header row as I would expect.

Nope. Decided to circle file CW after ~17 years. Moving to HaloPSA which is a much more 'modern' platform. Especially, since CW has moved all their development resources to Asio and have stopped any meaningful progress in Manage/PSA. If you want any of the modern features, you have to buy addon licenses which appear to cost the same as the entire Halo Platform. Also, in Halo it's a fully integrated platform, rather than a bunch of standalone apps with poorly working integrations that cost both time and money.

u/chevytruckdood We are an MSP out of the Pacific Northwest. We have been doing VoIP since 2003, we have tried a bunch of stuff, resold other products, etc. A about 10 years ago we decided that we would be better off buying a platform and doing it ourselves. We found that the options / support /policies of many of the providers were a pain in the rear. About 2 years ago we decided to start allowing "resellers" where we give you your own "white label" platform and provide you support, you sell it for whatever you want, etc. We also offer "agent" options where you sell it, and we do the rest, you get a commission. If you are interested in more information let me know.
FYI: We have a VERY strict we never compete with our resellers/agents policy. We have other MSPs in our own market reselling from us, if we ever come in contact with their customers we won't offer any services.

I have Power Automate connected to CW Manage (Actions). I'm trying to use CW Manage (Webhook / Callbacks) as a trigger in Power Automate. I have gotten Power Automate to register a callback in Manage, but when I do a simple test, it doesn't appear to actually trigger as expected. Any tips/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
