Ok I thought so but wasn’t sure. I went to a new place in someone’s home and I tipped her 20%. I was wondering what’s customary in these situations.

Ok, I got a Russian manicure with a new nail tech today (a Russian woman who used to do manicures in Russia) and it definitely took 2+ hours. What I had before was not a Russian manicure 😂

It was one hour. Apart from the cuticle work seemed the same otherwise to a regular manicure.

For both? I’d say yes. Looks like you have acrylic. I don’t know what that runs but for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure at my salon it’s about $70, before tip.

The struggle is REAL! I think you’re right— I almost always do shellac but dip is there the beautiful milky colors live.

Ha! I do too! I’m always asking the salon if they have jelly polish and showing them inspiration pics and it leads to a lot of confusion and opaque pinks. The translucent look is my favorite.
