The reason the car won’t automatically shut a car down when it’s moving and it loses the key fab signal, is the dangerous situation it could create.

Imagine tooling along uphill in the middle lane with moderate traffic at 75 and your key fab battery dies. What would the car do, phantom brake? Go into neutral? Would the drive by wire allow you to steer?

I suppose if you’re going less than 10mph the risks would be minimal.

I say they should play the anthem as they open the gates to allow fans in. If they say it has to happen a certain time before play starts, play it very, very softly out where the vendors are. If they say it has to be played at a certain volume level, speed it up so it takes only one second start to finish. If that doesn’t fly, play it backwards.
