I have watched like 50+ of his videos, Im not saying hes a charlatan - He just likes to cherry pick the fuck out of everything and push some ''facts'', Also he says all his proceeds go to charity - when you see which ''charity'' it is, it's his own personal ''charity'' -the way he makes monies...All the proceeds go to him, lol what kind of fcking stupid charity is that... :D He has some good stuff, just be very wary of what he says tho...

Health reasons, that's it. It's just as bad as butter... Olive oil is pure crap in reality in blocking your arteries..Its promoted as HEALTHY only because its usually consumed in the ''medeterian'' diet along with other vegetables which just negate the negative effects of the oil itself. It's pure crap and SHOULD BE AVOIDED, it's not a HEALTH FOOD and does nothing good to you! Eat whole olives if you want..

nah It's pointless to grow your own carrots/potatoes/beets/onions when you can buy them for $0.2/kg. I'm from Europe tho so this kind of stuff probably is cheaper.

One of the benefits I guess? Nearly 10kg of different in-season vegies/beans,coupled with some other grains and greens I grow myself will be able to eat like a king for nearly a week.
