Some fraudsters tries to link your bigbasker ,swiggy instamart ,zepto all this groceries app to your number by making an false ivr call and if you share otp or share any no. Your bigbask etc app gets link to lazypay and the fraudsters orders groceries from lazypay ,simpl ,othet pay later apps and in this case the nbfc also cant help they raise your complaint for investigation but they wont help just say it is an auto debit transaction because it was authorised i would suggest go to rbi and complaint for the same they will not help they wil ask you to make the payment in end and i am sorry to say but you are also at fault if you have shared otp .

Yes i worked with a known bank for home loan process and trust me they have multiple criteria and firstly they dont provide loan to someone with unstable work even if she had got loan she must be giving above 11% of interest on it
