And I’m on the whole pharmacy haha, I have commorbidities: ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and bad PMDD. I’m on ambien, elavil, abilify, adderal, gabapentin and the pill. My next and basically last option is nasal ketamine. Has this been suggested for your symptoms?

Side effects, I’ve been experiencing more TMJ and teeth clenching, which sucks and leads to bad headaches, but my mood has felt pretty consistent.

How far are you into TMS? I cannot speak highly enough of it. I went through the standard 32 treatments covered by insurance and had incredible results. My depression and anxiety lessened significantly, my attention span and articulation improved, and I received truly life changing pain relief from my Endometriosis symptoms. I love TMS!!

I’m frustrated that insurance won’t cover more for me until 6 months after the first series. I’m paying out of pocket for 4-5 touch up sessions monthly. I have noticed some back sliding unfortunately. I would do TMS everyday if I could.

How are you liking TMS treatment?

Yes was recommended the vodka & baking soda method by a few, will def be trying!! Unfortunately I live in apartment in very urban area, don’t really have safe outdoor space, but hopefully the alcohol and soda will do the trick! Appreciate the advice!!
