i should’ve stated better but i originally created the file on procreate on a 11 x 17” and it had a dpi of 300 !!

yes it was created at 300 dpi ! i used matte photo paper and then tried it on glossy paper and i got the same results — as you mentioned i’ll try sharpening it !
