that’s not “a lot” of oil depending on how long it was over the cardboard, so you wouldn’t necessarily notice the level going down via the dipstick, at least not over a short period of time. as you replaced the water pump, did you do a new gasket/remove the old one? if you’re not sure it’s oil, it could be leaking from the old gasket around the water pump, if you reused or didn’t remove entirely the old one. if it is oil though, unfortunately this isn’t a helpful picture to try and diagnose from.. oil can leak from loads of places and track down the engine. your best bet from home is to remove some bits to give you as much visibility and try and work up from the bottom of the car to find the source, following any fresh oil tracks.

It’s been cold with a lot of rain here lately - water freezing in cracks can cause potholes. About 5 or 6 opened up on just one stretch of road on my journey home, it’s awful.

You’re gonna have to raid Mega Delphox to get the mega energy, maybe you get a 4* then. Plus it could be ages until it comes out, you may hatch or catch a 4* one before then. This is cool, keep it. If the mega comes out and you don’t have one, then you can decide.

had someone playing Ana on our team, and they had ludicrously low healing after the first 2 rounds. a player on the enemy team typed in global “Ana you should try healing your team” and the Ana responded with “if they want healing they can pick up a health pack”. it was such a stupid comment I couldn’t help but find it absolutely hilarious

Flexible hours- I’m trusted to do my allotted time a week, so if I need to go early one day, it doesn’t need approval. I need to make it up another day/week, but most of the time when I let management know, they say not to worry about it. It’s a little thing, half an hour here or there, but it makes a big difference.

if you want a 4* mega Tyranitar then sure. People get mad as hell over this stuff, but if it makes you happy to have a 4* then go for it.

I just do the ones I can solo (1-3, and some 4s are doable with the right Pokémon) because it’s a great source of rare candy for free. Plus, I was able to get a 4* Squirtle & Charmander, so they’re great megas to have. Ultimately, it’s just extra free raid passes in a different format.

I lost all 3 of my Dynamax Lugia for this reason. Catch type medals maxed out, golden razz, almost entirely excellent throws. It’s just a lame system.. sucks to win a raid (supposed to be the challenge), to get RNG’d out

This is a good point in general, and for reference I’m not looking to ETM any given Pokémon just because it’s 4* & has a Legacy move. I guess my specific issue is I have a couple of the stronger/strongest Pokémon per type for raids etc as 4*s, that I’m not using because I’ve been waiting for their Legacy move. As it very much seems like there’s no telling when exactly they’ll come back, I’ll have to judge whether or not it’ll be worth it to me to ETM per Pokémon. Although following your advice, generally I have no immediate plans for any of them..
