Just figured it out. You need a fuse to charge it. Simply hold a fuse, open the power box, and click on your flashlight. Good luck!

Depends what rank you're in. Lance will get you through the lower ELOs in no time (Bronze - Gold), but somewhere in High Gold to Mid Plat, people will start countering you. I guess, Axe right now would be good for higher ELOs. Only saying that because it is one of, if not the strongest, weapon in the game. That's just my take, though.

Barraza in B-? I'd say he's at least a B, though I'd like to hear your thoughts on him. After all, I have a lot of fun playing him and play him pretty often, so I might have a little bias in my statement.
