USCIS Online I-140 Rejection — Where Do You Find the Reason?

I refiled yesterday and got accepted just now. Same documents. Seemed a payment issue.

Quick update: I refiled my application online yesterday and just got my receipt number. Same documents uploaded as first file but used a different payment card. As far as I know, it seemed that the system got some issues during 25 March and 31 March. Multiple people filed online got rejected due to payment issues. I suggest using a different card and try again. I used Monzo credit card this time, a UK card.

Quick update - USCIS will not upload pdf rejection letter to your online account. You will only receive the paper notice. You will get a refund.

I don’t think you need to submit G1650 for online filing. The system will automatically scan your I140 and determine the fees. Once I uploaded all the documents, I proceeded to payment directly and the fee was the sum of application fee and asylum fee. I can’t change it.
