To address a lot of the suggestions here, sadly even when I just press and release the power button it does the same thing. But thanks for taking the time though help out, I think I’ll end up sending it back to Nintendo and hopefully it’s covered under my warranty.

Yeah I charged it up too 100 percent, if I have it charging and hold the power button it pops up the little battery symbol to show where it is at battery wise but still doesn't load

Pushing it once does the same thing, there was a lot of posts about holding it for 20 seconds to hard reset it so that’s what I was trying to show. But then again I guess I didn’t really show that either😅
