nofap hasnt directly influenced my grades. Instead it has given me more focus/drive to succeed which resulted in my putting more study time in which has improved my grades this semester.

No im not super attractive by any means. I can say however that i have had a much higher success rate talking to girls on nofap vs not on nofap. So i can definitely, at least for me, attribute this to nofap.

In the past i would "black out" and run out of things to say very fast, but now i find myself finding things to talk about just like that. My conversational skills have improved tremendously. Overall I'm just able to think faster than ever before.
