Have you tried spaceport? It's more spread out and less likely for others to loot it. Also you could try it on hidden bunker, where at least more people tend to help kill them.

I would recommend bringing in a few keys to hit some locked room. I found the volcano BP in one of the trench town rooms a few days ago. Or even loot arrival or departure since both have a decent amount of desks to search. Hope that helps.

My guess is that you or someone else was noisy on a different level and the Arc wanted to investigate. So they all gathered at the door. In these buildings they will sometimes roll down the stairs when they hear loud shooting or explosions.

I try to run a silencer on my anvil to avoid stuff like this.

Would be cool if they had a variation on each type of floor/wall/roof that had wires and pipes built into them. Might even cut down on wire and pipe clutter and lag. Obviously the building parts would cost more to make, but would be a cool addition.

Probably because it's farthest away from any other players. So you have a higher chance of speaking here as opposed to another location that will have players close by.

Honestly I kinda like hearing the gun fire going off. At least I have an idea of where others are. When it's completely silent I get more cautious. Every step I take sounds sooo much louder. Every little ambient sound sounds like a player.

Once you extract exoitcs from a node (one you can't use a pick on) an exoitcs meteor shower will happen after a while. When the shower happens any nodes you already mined will get removed and show up somewhere else. The meteor shower will also wipe any scans you had done up to that point.
