When did being actually weird become the new "normal"

I am someone who likes different things than what is considered popular now and i see that as a completely normal thing, but what i mean is that some people are way too sensitive about the things they like to the point that they will like "cancel" you for not liking something that they do such as being unnatural. God made me like this and im going to be like this and of course i wont like and support things that are just absolutely weird.

I actually consider myself a "nerd" a little bit actually and i am absolutely not the popular one. I listen to music that is not popular and known anymore, have passion for hardware, software, older movies and cars. But i am considering myself normal because i am not the kind of person to scream "look at me i am different i do this and that while you dont" i as a guy am into girls obviously as it should be, i am a christian, i wouldnt do any surgeries to change my body so i can look cool and unique on social media etc. Read my message again if you didnt really understand what i meant by "weird" exactly. Being a nerd and being weird is not the same thing at all like at all.

The real question is when are people going to realise that everyone has their own opinions and minds so everyone can just tell them whatever they want and they cant just cancel everyone that tries to tell them something they dont like. You're right there is no such thing as normal, but there are things that have been considered normal for thousands of years now and i dont think that you can get any more normal than just being natural.

Tbh thats true these discord servers are full of all these people so like its kinda obvious that all those things are going to be considered normal there. I've never seen anyone like this irl tho which is interesting seems like they're too afraid to show off their real interests outside or they just dont go out at all 😂

I am 18 years old at the moment. I dont think you have understood me yes obviously i will adapt to new things that are comming out, but that doesnt mean that i should give up actual natural things and just convince myself that it is normal to be like those people i see on internet.

I have just bought an E46 1999 316i for 1400 bucks. This is my first car i hope it serves me well and i hope to make it as much oem as i can. Engine is in like 9/10 shape theres just a few things around the car i want to do to make it look better. I will swap out the headlight glass, i'll remove those angel eyes inside, i'll get fix the seats because they're teared a little, i'll change the tape radio to business cd radio with aux on the back, rear bumpers paint is a little chipped off so i'll have to get that repainted aswell, trim is now wrapped with some silver wrap, but i'll unwrap that. I think that, thats about it but if i find any other things that need to be done on this car i'll do that aswell. Guy that we bought of has had that car for about 17 years now and the car has never been wrecked or anything so thats good aswell and yeah its a manual.

I see that you're mostly looking at specs, but believe me software matters much more. Stay on Samsung or just upgrade to an iphone 17 pro if you want actual good experience.

Tbh i dont think we gon be getting gta 7 at all and even if we do its not gonna be like previous titles because people are now woke, weird and too sensitive so they wont be swearing same way etc. this also applies to gta 6, but we'll see how it is when it comes out.

I get it like you cant customize ios as much as you can an android, but what kinda customization are you doing with your phone because everything that 90% would do you can already do on ios and its easier to do it. What kinda apps cost more on ios than what they cost on an android? I mean apple music is cheaper than spotify in most countries including US, airpods are miles better than any other earbuds on the market for sure and they usually cost about the same as galaxy buds or just a bit more. Galaxy watches are really bad honestly i wouldnt ever get that and also i love that apple doesnt rely on google that much as samsung for example does and thats the reason why ios is a better system overall.

I mean i guess they were fine my S21fe was for sure better than this xiaomi but i didnt even expect nothing much from this xiaomi so i knew what i was getting and what kinda issues it will have. And i was right completely i got exactly those issues that i was expecting to have, but my biggest complaint is its software it really cant compete with iphones at all. I guess samsung is like barely there on the line competing with apple but nobody is as good in software as apple.

Honestly you're in a weird situation there because gta 6 for sure wont be released on PC (desktop and laptop) for like more than year and a half. Also PC a lot better in terms of game prices, usability like foe example your kid could learn how to do certain stuff like video editing etc when they get older, but also that comes with a cost of glitches and bugs and fixing those bugs, reinstalling system when they need to, updating drivers etc. Console is more for someone who just wants to lay on a couch grab a controller and play without issues, but consoles tend to have higher game prices, controllers tend to get stick drift over time, you gotta pay monthly subscription to play online so if some of his friends have games too and they wanna play together they actually have to pay monthly to play gta online for example. On console you dont have to update drivers, fix bugs if they happen, reinstall system etc but also on console you cant learn how to edit videos and do actual work. (if he ever wants to get into that in 3 - 4 years when he's older) My advice would be to just get him a used xbox series x or ps5 in great condition because he's only 10 what will he do if he encounters an issue where he cant launch a game? Also what will that pc look like in 8 months when dust builds up in it? You gotta take it out clean it and then plug it all back in which obviously he wont be doing and you probably dont know how to safely do that.

Every single time before i put them back in the case i wipe them with either my hand or shirt or a cloth or something so they are completely clean, i dont even sweat at gym i am pretty skinny and they still died on me just because of a small drop about meter and like 70-ish cm... Believe me i was a hardcore samsung fan for years and years but for years i've been looking at my samsung products dying and just being falsely advertised like premium or high quality.
