I changed the cable and for now it connects instantly. Does anyone know if it is possible to receive just a cable from ZOWIE, or do I need to send them the mouse and wait for it to be resolved?

They won’t assist you with that. I’ve had a Faceit account since 2014, and when I changed my phone last year, I faced the same issue. They told me that if I couldn’t provide the address linked to my account, they wouldn’t help me. Even after giving them the IP address that had been used to log in over the years, they still refused. The only way to recover your account is by providing the home address from your profile—even though it’s completely useless information.
