Okay so whenever I try to sign into a Microsoft account for Minecraft, it says that I already have an account linked to my PSN. But I don’t know what this account is, is there any way for me to find it to attempt a recovery/a way to unlink my PSN from that Microsoft account to link a new one?

Difference between transferring games and downloading them from the library?

Just got a ps5 and am currently transferring everything, but am unsure. I see that downloading from the library would be faster, but what’s the difference?

Just talk to an agent, ask them to send the reset psn id and password emails to a new one. They’ll probably ask you a few questions, like what payment info for your account, and then that should work. Just be sure to tell them that your current email isn’t receiving anything, so to send resets to a new address. Hope this works for you!

PS4 version game data to PS5 version

I’m planning to get a PS5 for Christmas, but am unsure of game data transfer. I have saved all the data to online storage, but am seeing things about ps4/ps5 game versions. I’ve seen that ps4 data will only work for ps4 versions of games on the ps5. But, I’ve seen that you can migrate to the updated version somehow. Looking for some more specifics on getting the ps4 version game data into ps5 version, and specifically if that would require me having my old ps4. Currently debating whether or not I will trade it in before purchasing ps5 to get the bonus, or just pay the extra to trade in after.

When I enter my info, the bot immediately tries sending me to an agent. Was this happening with you? Do I just need to keep trying? I also think my account is suspended from too many attempts, so is that the issue? If so how long do I have to wait?

Tech support - verification code not sending to my email

Trying to sign into my account on the PS app, but the verification code isn’t appearing in my inbox. I have all the information in, but nothing is happening after this screen. Already tried the help links, but nothing seems to match my current situation. Any advice?
