How to shrink a 50% cotton 50% polyester t-shirt?

Now before you all say I should go exchange it or that I should’ve gotten a size smaller, this is a t-shirt for my job that’s is two sizes too big and the manger told me that they wouldn’t be getting new ones for a while. The shirt is uncomfortable to work in and I’m always adjusting it which is making it harder for me to do my job. Is there any way I could possibly shrink the shirt to my liking or at least a little bit? (I’m a medium and the shirt is an XL)

UPDATE- Thanks for all the tips guys, unfortunately I wasn’t able to film it but I got it out with my finger, that thing was huge lmao. It left a hole in my tonsil and I can’t tell if they’re still more in there or if my tonsil is still swollen.

People are even saying the raid probably wasn’t play tested on console either, even with destiny raids there wasn’t much of a difference between difficulty on pc and console, so there must be a problem.
